If incorrect prescription details are submitted, remake fees may apply.
By placing an order, you authorize Lens Lab to charge the full amount using your selected payment method.
Prices are listed in AUD and may include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery times vary depending on location and product type.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
Lens Lab is not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
Free Australia-wide shipping may apply to first orders or promotional offers, subject to change without notice.
We accept returns within 7-14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in original packaging.
Return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
Custom prescription lenses are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
However, if there is:
A manufacturing defect
Incorrect lens production based on the prescription provided
We will repair or remake the lenses at no additional cost.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and provide a suitable remedy.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
All trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and content on this website are owned or licensed by Lens Lab.
