1. How do I place an order for glasses or lenses?

Browse our collection, choose your favorite frame, select your lens type, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for delivery.

2. Do you offer non-prescription (plain) lenses?

Yes, we offer non-prescription or “zero power” lenses for fashion use or protection from digital screens and UV rays.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

Local deliveries: 3–5 business days

International deliveries: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier services.

4. What lens options do you provide?

We offer a wide range of lenses including prescripted and non-prescripted.

5. Are your lenses anti-glare and scratch-resistant?

Yes, all lenses come with standard anti-glare and scratch-resistant coatings. You can also upgrade to premium coatings like UV protection, anti-fog, or hydrophobic (water-repellent) lenses.

6. What if my glasses don’t fit properly?

If your glasses feel uncomfortable or loose, please contact our customer support team. We’ll guide you through adjustment options or help arrange an exchange if necessary.

7. What is your return and refund policy?


Frames can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that lenses are custom-made and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

8. Do you offer warranty on products?


Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects for both frames and lenses. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. How can I clean and care for my glasses?

Always use a microfiber cleaning cloth and a mild lens cleaning solution. Avoid using paper towels or rough fabrics as they can scratch your lenses. When not in use, store your glasses in a protective case.
