At Lens Lab, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely across Australia.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

    3–7 business days

    We currently ship within Australia only.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier service disruptions.

If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our support team at support@lenslab.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Lens Lab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The packaging
• The product
• The shipping label

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
